The 11th Edition of OFYT was held at Durgaparameshwari Grounds in JP nagar on 31st August 2014.

It was a wonderful and successful event with Hon Union Minister Shri Ananthkumar inaugurating the event.

Pipe Garden Ver 2.0 with all plants installed.

Since a lot of people wanted the Pipe garden Ver 2.0 , i have decided to make a few more shortly.

I will be making them in 2 sizes——–6 foot and 4 foot lengths.  Also in the process of testing is  a stand for the pipes– since quite a few don’t have  a place to hang these from. I shall post pictures with prices shortly.

Yesterday I installed the new Pipe Garden Ver 2.0 on my terrace. The medium I used was 50:50 Cocopeat and vermicompost that i bought from RED SANDERS.  I chose 3 crops to plant for sake of diversity. Knolkhol and cherry tomato @ 4weeks and Bush Beans  @ 2.5 weeks. Before transplanting, I treated the seedlings with a 5% solution of panchagavya which i bought from SAIKIRAN, for 30 minutes. After transplanting, i drenched each plant with the samre  panchagavya.
